As the editor for AM&#8217;s tender submission, I had the privilege of working closely with the team to craft a proposal that truly reflected our vision for this new neighborhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AM&#8217;s winning plan features a unique mixed-use development, which will include 344 residential units, a supermarket, and a parking hub.
