I had the pleasure of developing the communication strategy and PR for the newly opened restaurant <a href=\"https:\/\/restaurantheimat.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Heimat in Utrecht<\/a>. If you\u2019re a food lover, I highly recommend making a reservation soon!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heimat is the brainchild of chef (and my former colleague) Niels van Zijl, along with ma\u00eetre Arline Bronkhorst and sommelier Bas Janssen. The menu is refined, ambitious, and seasonally inspired, but above all, it\u2019s incredibly delicious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In collaboration with the Heimat team, I worked on creating content, building a social media presence, generating Pr, and even organizing a press preview event.
