I’m excited to share that the Municipality of Amsterdam has selected AM as the developer for plots M1a, M2a, M2b, and M3a on Strandeiland, within the emerging Muidenbuurt area. As the editor for AM’s tender submission, I had the privilege of working closely with the team to craft a proposal that truly reflected our vision for this new neighborhood.
AM’s winning plan features a unique mixed-use development, which will include 344 residential units, a supermarket, and a parking hub. This project is set to play a key role in shaping the future of Strandeiland, contributing to Amsterdam’s ongoing urban expansion efforts.
