PR Strategy for Heimat in Utrecht

In collaboration with the team of the new restaurant Heimat, I worked on creating content, building a social media presence, generating Pr, and even organizing a press preview event.

Over the past few months, I’ve taken a delightful detour from my usual focus on architecture to dive into something equally satisfying: great food. I had the pleasure of developing the communication strategy and PR for the newly opened restaurant Heimat in Utrecht. If you’re a food lover, I highly recommend making a reservation soon!

Heimat is the brainchild of chef (and my former colleague) Niels van Zijl, along with maître Arline Bronkhorst and sommelier Bas Janssen. The menu is refined, ambitious, and seasonally inspired, but above all, it’s incredibly delicious.

In collaboration with the Heimat team, I worked on creating content, building a social media presence, generating Pr, and even organizing a press preview event.
